Job Description
- Leads performance management process and consult line managers to track and monitor employee’s performance.
- Maintains & updates the organizational chart on monthly basis.
- Conducts job analysis and maintain the update of job descriptions for the whole organization.
- Conducts TNA and manage annual training plan development and implementation.
- Develops an annual training budget and monitor the spending.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in OD field.
- BSc in Business Administration or relevant field, HR diploma or certificate is an asset.
- Very Good English reading, writing & speaking skills.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Interpersonal, influencing, and motivational skills.
- Research capability.
- Organized and detailed-oriented.
