Job Description

  • The E-Commerce Manager will develop and carry out strategic Ecommerce vision for our online presence.
  • Involved with the company primary E-commerce division in all aspects from Direct Marketing, Seo, Social media, and other vertical and horizontal platforms
  • The E-commerce manager will be in charge of the e-commerce division and report directly to the CEO, VP
  • Optimize the customer journey on the company's website, form our internal site metrics, analytics and continuous feedback from customers and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor Collaborate and assist the CEO and VP and our HR department in hiring internal marketing ,seo and social media team, also collaborate with our external social media, seo, marketing agencies and other business partners
  • Increase consumer engagement and conversion using all available levers.
  • Responsible for owning the testing cadence, including, but not limited to, on-site tests and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and/or optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion and expand sales both online and offline.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, continuously evaluating and improving return on investment. Oversee digital marketing strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Continue to improve our online spend including SEO and PPC s CPC, CTR, IS, and ROAS
  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with third parties, vendors, and online partners. Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends, and explore new and effective products that will improve the site experience and generate revenue and profits.

Job Requirements

  • Giza area and surrounding only
  • Previous Experience in E-commerce is a must
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platform technology is a must.
  • 7 -10 years of E-Commerce/digital business experience is a must with a well-known company.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Certificate or courses in Digital Marketing.
  • Prior experience in most of all of the following areas is a must: web merchandising, digital marketing and analytics, customer service, e-commerce, fraud detection/loss prevention.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience developing contracts and partnerships with external agencies.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
