Job Description

  • Policy Enforcement - Monitoring and Enforcement of Finance Policies and Procedures compliance.
  • Record Control - Timely submission of reports/analysis on company performance and other statutory requirements to management.
  • Strategy - Achievement of Business Plan and ensuring adequacy of fund to achieve targeted Revenue and profit objective.
  • Cost Saving - Promote costs savings and maximize revenue initiatives
  • Cash Flow - Control the cash flow position throughout the company, maintain the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents
  • Company Liabilities – Monitor all of the company’s liabilities.
  • Department Supervision - Facilitate Staff development and ensure periodic performance management and final evaluation.
  • Relationships - Establish and maintain lines of communication with banks, financial analysts, and shareholders in conjunction with the Chairman/CEO.
  • Raising Capital - Coordinate the long-term plans of the company, assess the financial requirements implicit in these plans, and develop alternative ways in which financial requirements can be satisfied.
  • Budgeting and Expense Control - Responsible for overseeing the budget process, collecting the inputs, and comparing the company’s actual performance with estimates (the budget).
  • Accounting -Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of accounting systems including review and maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bsc. degree (Finance/Accounting)
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
  • Experience in the financial sector with all possible roles (especially in the trading & construction activities)
  • Proficient user of finance software.
  • English proficiency.
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Full knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
