Job Description
Payroll:
- Responsible of an Accurate and timely disbursal of the employees’ salaries and wages, including correct timekeeping, pay-rates, and miscellaneous earnings and deductions.
- All taxes and other deductions must be documented and payments issued to appropriate authorities at the scheduled time. Responsible of the Payroll section tasks. Such as:
- Monthly Payroll and ensures payment of related taxes and other deductions.
- Ensures proper filing of all supporting documents and generates reports in a timely manner.
- Employee Cost
- HC Budget preparation OPEX & CAPEX.
Employees Relations
- Accurate Social Insurance calculations & dealing with Labor Law office
- Medical Insurance
- Maintain P&P with No exceptions
- Resignations & Exit Checklist Technical
- On boarding checklist
- Business Lines Invoice & Received by employees with clarification
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business Administration or any equivalent degree.
- A specialized certification is a plus
- 6+ Years of post-graduate experience in a relevant position
- Retail Experience
- Experience in personnel, medical & social insurance, and payroll
- Hits user is a plus
