Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Identifying business opportunities and sales channels
- Identifying potential customers, understanding their order placement strategies and their decision makers and decision-making processes
- Drawing up feasibility studies as the basis for Go/No Go decisions
- Determining the market price or the budget price for specific bids/projects
- May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- Observing and analyzing the market, competitors and customers
- Determining and ensuring the quality of market data and trends
- Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
- Communicating market demands for the product portfolio team to the PLM process
- Drawing up marketing concepts, business plans and strategies
- Establish new Business Model according to Market needs
- Supporting the marketing and sales processes of the Business
- Provides information for forecasts and planning via relevant tools.
- Apply and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / target setting.
- Determining the target price for specific bids/projects
- Prepare / coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Bid management. / other involved professionals and management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 10 years’ experience in the furniture market or construction projects.
- With several years in a B2B environment and of people management experience.
- Job-Specific Skills: Effective manager of a diverse team of sales and sales support staff.
- Effective supporter of sales staff in key client meetings and equally comfortable in a 1 to 1 or 1 to many sales environment.
- Well versed in handling fleet finance specific issues to support the sales teams as required.
- Operates in a structured way but with the ability to adapt to business tactical needs.
- Clear communicator to colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing.
- Behavioral: clear leadership and motivation to the sales team with effective follow-up and issue resolution as required.
- Refined interpersonal skills that enable effective, empathetic relationships to be built with the decision makers of large dealer owners. Culturally sensitive with both colleagues and clients.
