Job Description

Engineer responsible of supporting the company field engineers, sales people, and clients.

  • Keeps and maintains technical documents and information about equipment sold by the company.
  • Connects with suppliers on technical clarifications needed by clients and field engineers.
  • Prepares technical sales presentations.
  • Helps to prepare equipment configurations and technical sales offers.
  • Receives service jobs requests and replies to them as first level support.
  • Prepares service jobs offers.
  • Maintains equipment park database, service jobs documentation and service planning.
  • Coordinates activities and documents between technical department and other company departments.
  • Actively participates in technical seminars and training sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate up to 2 years working experience.
  • Bachelor degree in Electronics, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
  • Ability to read electrical, electronics, and mechanical drawings.
  • Ability to understand equipment uses, applications, and limitations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Very good English in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Very good writing skills.
  • Excellent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of CAD software : AutoCAD 2D at least, SolidWorks will be an advantage.
