Job Description
Engineer responsible of supporting the company field engineers, sales people, and clients.
- Keeps and maintains technical documents and information about equipment sold by the company.
- Connects with suppliers on technical clarifications needed by clients and field engineers.
- Prepares technical sales presentations.
- Helps to prepare equipment configurations and technical sales offers.
- Receives service jobs requests and replies to them as first level support.
- Prepares service jobs offers.
- Maintains equipment park database, service jobs documentation and service planning.
- Coordinates activities and documents between technical department and other company departments.
- Actively participates in technical seminars and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate up to 2 years working experience.
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
- Ability to read electrical, electronics, and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to understand equipment uses, applications, and limitations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Very good English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Very good writing skills.
- Excellent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Knowledge of CAD software : AutoCAD 2D at least, SolidWorks will be an advantage.
