Job Description
Engineer responsible of installation, starting, training, troubleshooting, and repair on advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Performs installation, startup, and customer training for sold equipment and systems.
- Performs troubleshooting and repairs on sold equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance programs on sold equipment as per contracts between the company and clients.
- Connects with suppliers on technical matters needed to perform his tasks.
- Accurately report jobs in writing as per the company standard procedures and forms.
- Connects with clients to follow-up equipment use and status.
- Transfers to technical sales people customer needs as found while performing tasks.
- Actively participates in technical seminars and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years working experience.
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
- Good knowledge of both electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ability to read electrical, electronics, and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent manual skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to learn new engineering methods and concepts in a short time.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Very good English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Very good writing skills.
- Good user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Possesses a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel for work and training.
- Residents of Heliopolis, Ain Shams, Zaitoun, Nasr City, Obour City, Abbasia preferred.
