Job Description
- Conduct interviews and evaluates interviewee's performance to determine language ability.
- Prepares and writes daily reports including feedback of interviews with sources and necessary details
- Ensures candidates accepted meet call center quality measures
- The position will be a part of the continuous improvement department and the candidates are hired for a US telecommunication account
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Native or superior proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in the English language
- Offshore call center experience is a preferable
- Experience in conducting physical interviews is preferable
