Job Description
- Document internal our services, APIs, writing step-by-step tutorials and HOWTOs
- Write technical documentation for internal or external developer audiences, such as API reference docs and developer guides.
- Making a positive impact on our engineering culture, encouraging knowledge sharing
- Design and organize documentation sets for new APIs and developer products
- Edit, clarify and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills
- Manage complex documentation projects
- Supplement developer documentation with relevant sample code
Job Requirements
- A skilled technical writer with experience in supporting multiple engineering teams in writing clear, concise documentation
- Able to express complex technical concepts using clear and concise natural language
- Working knowledge of GIT, basic experience with the relevant tech stack (Golang, PHP, VueJS, CLI tools) a strong plus
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
