Job Description
- Follow up with clients in order to follow up on orders or resolve potential problems
- Ensure customer stock levels are in accordance with market demand
- Make sure products are properly listed across all downtown shops
- Develops, recommends and implements strategic campaigns and promotional activities to ensure maximum growth and income and from existing accounts.
- Manage portfolio of Duty Free brands through sales and marketing support capacity
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the account
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the market
- Execute marketing strategies in different shapes
Job Requirements
- Experience in a commercial role servicing clients or accounts
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Professional use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working within a FMCG
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Candidate must be comfortable working with clients from tobacco, alcohol, hotel and nightlife sectors.
