Main Duties:
- Overseeing the marketing department.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Competitor research.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Develop a marketing plan that ensures achieving the organization’s objectives.
- Manage, improve lead generation campaigns and measuring results through all marketing channels.
- Design an advertising plan to communicate the company’s projects and its unique selling points.
- Create a marketing communication plan that covers all relevant marketing media & channels (ex. Outdoor, newspaper, online, exhibitions & events, radio, etc.).
- Identify new communication opportunities and implement them by employing print, design, PR, media and advertising agencies in translating brand marketing objectives into creative communication material.
- Secure that the profitability of the brand is not affected by any marketing or any other department’s business decisions.
- Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings.
- Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on a detailed analysis of market forces.
- Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public.
Create solutions & ideas to offer and promote the products to the market.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of highly successful consumer product marketing leadership
- A great passion for consumer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to utilize consumer research and data to derive actionable insights and inform marketing planning
- Strong understanding of Real Estate consumer trends and media landscape
A strong track record in measured consumer campaigns with a mix of digital and offline experience
- Ability to project-manage and multitask at scale, working with cross-functional groups and external third parties as required
- Eye for creative quality and great attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment
- Preferable Real-Estate experience.
- Holder of an MBA degree in marketing or business-related major is Preferable.
- Comfort Practice with CRM software.
