Job Description

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Support the business strategy by leading on all Human Resources aspects to ensure the talents, skills and capabilities to develop and execute the organization’s mission and growth strategy
  • Contribute to the organization’s strategies, plans and programs with the leadership team, with particular focus on the impact on talent. Identify gaps between current organizational capabilities, required competencies and skills, and the future objectives of the organization
  • Partner with Local HR Managers in markets to drive the functional HR agenda in the following areas: talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, employee training and leadership development, employee engagement, change management and process improvement
  • Lead the Talent Analytics agenda for AMESA sector, providing direction and coaching to Analytics team to ensure that they provide full benefit by enabling better decisions through the use of data. Partner with business leaders to develop functional strategic workforce/manpower plans and to contribute to business strategy development/key business decisions.
  • Oversee the performance management, organizational development and compensation processes, programs and training
  • Develop Categories/Commercial AOP to enable the sector strategic goals. Manage specific projects as determined in the organization’s annual HR strategic planning process. Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives. Develops and promotes feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of organization’s culture, as well as HR services, policies and processes. Ensure that a strong talent leadership culture permeates the organization
  • Govern LG1+ commercial and L6+ functions org design across AMESA as per organization design principles and guidelines. people moves and development for LG1+ commercial talents and L10+ functional talent. Owns function’s people cost for HQ population
  • Sustain value-based culture by actively setting and cascading ‘Tone at the Top’ and engage in robust training and education programs
  • Champion & embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within function to enable BUs achieve an effective audit rating

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Preferred qualification in HR
  • Minimum of 10+ years in HR business partnering, with a preference for experience with commercial teams
  • Functional depth in talent management, with a specific focus on assessment and development interventions (including coaching)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Collaborative working style
  • Agile, adaptable, and open to new ideas
  • Experience in leveraging analytics to drive business strategy
  • Intellectual curiosity and dedicated to keeping up with advances in analytics tools and approaches
  • Strong people manager (coaching) skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results through others, especially in a virtual management context
  • High attention to detail – self-monitors all work to ensure accuracy and completeness
