Job Description

  • Analyses and evaluates current systems and structures.
  • Discusses current systems with staff and observes systems at all levels of organization.
  • Reviews work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures analyses organizations’ work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
  • Prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems.
  • Planning, conducting, and participating in major studies of municipal organization components and their functions in order to design, develop, and recommend improved policies, procedures, organizational structures, work methods, forms, and other management tools.
  • Collecting and analyzing data through observation of work performance, interviews, and application of such methods as personnel task lists, time and motion study, work sampling, and various statistical processes.
  • Analyzing manual systems to determine feasibility of computerization.
  • Analyzing automated systems to determine possible improvements in related forms, reports, and documentation.
  • Training affected personnel in the use of new systems and procedures.
  • Evaluates, maintains and improves efficiency of organization. Develops and implements new procedures, policies and paperwork to simplify and improve operations.
  • Liaison between all business and operations stakeholders and IT department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • 3-5 management experience is required.
  • Ms. Visio/Ms. Project experience is required.

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of principles, techniques, and procedures of management methods and systems analysis.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis; municipal administration and organization.
  • Knowledge of principles of organization and management; computer applications.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data.
  • Ability to manage projects.
