Job Brief
- We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Software trainer to actively seek out and engage new and existing clients. Previous software and/or real estate experience is preferred.
- What does a software trainer do?
- You will provide all clients with all the information they will need to get the maximum value for our software then you will follow to make sure they are engaged with it.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct technical training programs
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
- Develop & maintains positive relationships with attendees
- Communicate technical information in a simplified way to attendees
- Create Training materials
- Adult Learning, Training Delivery Skills, Transfer of Learning
- Developing and Using Audio-Visual Media and Materials
- Computer and Distance Learning Technology
- Observe and evaluate trainees along with training period
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree at least
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with software.
