Job Description
- Screen and filter Cvs and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate the new employees hiring processes.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Assist on the payroll process by entering Vacation, leaves and permissions on the system.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Coordinate the training programs and sessions.
- Filling staff documents in their respective Personnel files
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
- Fluent English
- 1 to 2 years of Experience
- HR Certificate is highly preferred
