- Compliance with PepsiCo Code of Conduct
- Manage his team with the aim of creating cooperation with other departments in the implementation of maintenance management requirements
- Commitment to the implementation of the company's general policies for (safety, safety & food hygiene & conservation of resources and environment)
- Handling the shift receiving.
- Communicate with other departments and review previous wartime problems and organize solutions
- Have a daily tour on the production lines and solve any unpredicted problem.
- Creation of Work orders on SAP for the spare part receival.
- Execution and follow-up on the technicians in the implementation of maintenance procedures during stoppages.
- Follow-up on the Safety & Food Safety open points that affect the production.
- Follow-up on the imported requisitions.
- Follow-up on the suppliers and their work in the production halls.
- Review the malfunctions with the production representative during the shift.
- Make a Fault Analysis (R.C.A) for breakdowns that affect the production lines.
- Attend the required meetings.
- Review the manuals related to the equipment to meet any spare parts’ needs.
- Training the sub-coordinates after attending required training.
- Work on the technicians’ assessment and improve the weaknesses points of the individuals to reach satisfactory limit.
- Maintenance and preparing of the refurbished equipment to be ready for usage.
- Review and change the spare parts’ limit and the quantity of demand for the warehouse items.
- Review the maintenance plan procedures,
- Create OPL and kaizen.
- Attend trainings conducted by the Team leader.
- Receive the preventive maintenance program from the maintenance center and follow-up on its implementation with the team on SAP.
- Supervising and following-up on the implementation of the annual maintenance plans on the production lines.
- Coordinate vacations of the technicians to meet the work requirements.
- Issuing purchase orders for the team and following up on them.
- Follow-up of the monthly expenses of the production lines.
- Deliver trainings for the sub-coordinates to improve their skills.
- Discuss the team performance periodically and contribute in the development of weakness points.
- Participate in the implementation of projects in the production halls and the development of equipment.
- Commited to achieve the KPIs of the maintenance department
