Dietitian

• Offers on the job training to diet clerks.
• Performs daily 2 times round inpatient rooms.
• Provides routine diet instruction to inpatient and outpatient.
• Maintain records and reports concerning dietetic operation.
• Keeps the dietician supervisor informed/aware of all problems related to the section.
• Recommends changes in techniques/methods of operational procedures
• Perform diet clerk duties if required
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Administrative responsibilities:

• Communicate with the nurse’s staff regarding diet order.
• Communicate with the doctors regarding clarification of patient diet
