Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Solving hardware and software problems
- Assist in installing and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, desktops, Laptops, printers and scanners
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Set up accounts for new users
- Upgrade operating systems with new releases and models
- Assist in performing LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems
- Responsible for setting up applications of interior designing , Architect and Civil engineering programs such as Revit, 3D max .. etc
- Assist in managing PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Assist in resolving technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual private network ( VPN ) and other systems
Job Requirements
- B.Sc of Computer Sciences, Information Technology or any relevant field
- 1- 3 years of experience
- MCSA (Microsoft Certificate System Admin) is a must
- CCNA (Cisco Certificate Network Admin) is Preferred.
- Very good command of English Languages
- Excellent communication skills
