Job Description
- Hire competitive marketing team and conduct relevant training
- Manages the marketing and PR teams and coach them towards productivity, motivation and growth
- Develop Marketing and PR manuals
- Develops annual marketing and PR strategies and calendar of activities utilizing cost effective mix
- Set the marketing & PR annual budgets based on the strategic plans
- Set the KPIs for marketing and PR activities and monitor them
- Develop needed and relevant training material, and conduct training to marketing, PR, customer service and field staff.
- Create awareness about Vitas mission and Brand name and reflect its values internally and externally
- Ensure accurate implementation of the brand guidelines across all channels of communication, promotion and advertising.
- Enhance customer’s experience in branches and other touch points
- Lead market research function conducting in-depth market research and analyzing customer insights to identify market needs and business development opportunities
- Create customer driven culture to ensure customers’ voice is reflected in business decisions
- Monitor retention and dropout rates and conduct exit interview to understand reasons and trends
- Introduce new services to improve client experience; call centre, alternative repayment channels, etc.
- Design tailored products based on customers’ needs and improve existing products
- Assess the market for geographical expansion and launching new branches
- Monitor competition and market trends
- Develop Social impact strategies and generate annual social impact report
- Build strong relationship with community figures, local government and media
- Develop appropriate content, papers and reports to attract funders and partners
- Develop Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan aligned with Vitas, social mission
- Work towards wider financial inclusion of females, youth and less fortunate segments (special needs, IDPs, etc.)
- Develop Customer Loyalty Program to reward customers and achieve long term relationship.
- Work closely with MIS & IT department to design automated reports relevant to marketing objectives and activities, and build required functionality.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth
- Develop and manage the NEWSLETTER look and feel and maintain fresh topics.
- Handle the website CMS and keep the website fresh and up to date
- Maintain productive coordination with key departments in the Company, namely: PR, Credit, Facilities, and Procurement and HR.
- Willingness to travel within Middle East.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a holder Masters in Business Administration (MBA), or other relevant post graduate degree
- Preferably with relevant and/or retail industry knowledge
- Experience in marketing/selling financial products
- Minimum 10 years of experience in all aspects of developing
- Experience in digital marketing and social media content
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
