Job Description
- Assist in contract negotiations if needed with the Business development team.
- Manage the contract administration phase for all projects on a higher level to ensure appropriate implementation.
- Ensure the signed contracts are well communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and post-award obligations interpretation to support proper contract implementation.
- Issue/review necessary claims when applicable and reflect its impact on the time schedule and cost analysis (either with the client or the subcontractors) for regular project amendments.
- Report a compiled progress summary on a monthly basis that includes claims, variation orders, invoices and/or any related correspondence across all the projects to the top management for information or any corrective action needed.
- Develop subordinates by conducting monthly developmental meetings for more engagement and integration.
Job Requirements
- 14+ years of relevant experience with FIDIC standards and technical background.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Legal degree is a plus.
- Contractual & Legal Aspects in Construction (CLAC) Contract Administration (CAPM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
