ay to Day Operational or Project Management responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Procurement function at a site, country or country cluster. Be the face of Procurement Project Management in-country leadership/ISC and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate or form a link between PCM/Marketing and Procurement organization.
• Ensure compliance of the Procurement procedures and Policies.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure the fulfillment of all required services and material within the scope of Direct Material.
• Assist in NPDs projects implementation.
• Establish platforms for the sharing of information and collaboration routines with local Supply Managers to facilitate effective cross-functional interactions for direct/indirect materials.
• Act as first escalation point of projects implementation and drive resolution in line with regional and global Procurement Team.
• Coordinate and participate in the execution of the projects implementation plan:

Strategic or Spot Buy Support responsibilities:

• Upon request by the Procurement centre or Spend Area Manager during the sourcing process provide input on local spend situation and Spend Area practices.
• Gather local internal customers’ requirements.
• Provide insights on local supplier market.
• Identify with stakeholders any local legal requirements that necessitate an adaptation of the contract.
• Support local supplier qualification assessment.
• Support the development of the contract implementation plan
• Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position
• Provide insights on local supplier market;
• Support local supplier qualification assessment
