Job Description

  • Participate in annual management meetings to discuss revenue goals and sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
  • Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines based on reports about team performance.
  • Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
  • Work along with the team on meeting the needs of clients and the available products by generating lists of potential products that are compatible with Costumers’ needs and financial resources while exposing the advantages of each.
  • Follow up with teams about appointments to show projects to prospective Customers.
  • Responsible to monitor sales achievement, resolve any conflicts with customers, submit required reports.

Job Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or an equivalent filed.
  • Retail Background is preferable.
  • Possess strong organizing, communication, negotiation skills and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Presentable, Confident, Enthusiastic and Team Focused.
