Job Description
Mainly responsible on all Medical , Life insurance and premium cards related tasks including:
- Updating the database.
- Additions & cancellations.
- Payments issuance.
- Distribution of new joiners cards.
- Act as focal point between employees and providers for any cases occur.
- Prepare and update a weekly sick leave reports.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Officer.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Good analytical Skills.
- Familiarity with labor legislation.
- Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, Finance or a relevant field.
