Job Description
- Responsible for the organization of the reception area.
- Welcome guests at the front desk, direct and announce them appropriately.
- Deal with customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls and receive daily emails.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in hotels and resorts is preferred
- Hotel residency is a must
- Very good level of English
- Excellent communication skills
