Job Description

  • Manage all employee relations casework including performance, sickness and absence management.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Manage and communicate organizational changes and drive effective communications across the assigned business units .
  • Work closely with OD & LD .
  • Responsible for an effective implementation of new programmes ; summer internship and Management Training Programs designed by the Center of Excellence Team and participate in job fairs and career events .
  • Manage the process of the employee life cycle: induction, probation signs off and exit interviews.
  • Take part in the recruitment process or all permanent and temporary junior resources up to G7.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
  • Extra studies with a focus on HR is a must.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law & LD
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Excellent knowledge in using Excel.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
