Job Description
- Manage all employee relations casework including performance, sickness and absence management.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Manage and communicate organizational changes and drive effective communications across the assigned business units .
- Work closely with OD & LD .
- Responsible for an effective implementation of new programmes ; summer internship and Management Training Programs designed by the Center of Excellence Team and participate in job fairs and career events .
- Manage the process of the employee life cycle: induction, probation signs off and exit interviews.
- Take part in the recruitment process or all permanent and temporary junior resources up to G7.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the HR field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.
- Extra studies with a focus on HR is a must.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law & LD
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Excellent knowledge in using Excel.
- Excellent Communication skills.
