Job Description
This position is focused on supporting client relationships by providing service support to Senior Account Managers. The incumbent will typically be a member of a client service team. It supports Senior Account Managers in providing the products and services required by our clients, and will communicate regularly with clients handled by the team.
- Maintain direct contact with clients as agreed with the Team Leader or Client Advocate.
- Responsible for profitability of own clients. Will cooperate closely with Senior Account Managers to ensure that correct fee/commission levels are negotiated with own clients.
- Responsible for actively cross selling own clients.
- Responsible for developing referral prospects from own clients.
- Responsible for ensuring that insurance placements and technical standards of our offerings to clients meet the agreed client expectations
- Responsible for retention
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of any discipline.
- 3-5 years of Experience in same Field
- Strong Communication Skills
- Customer Oriented
- Team Player
