People & Leadership
Lead the development and execution of the ‘People Plan’ to transform the organisation ensuring growth and development of the country with great people practices for superior results.

Execution Excellence
Deliver on quarterly accountabilities for billed revenue, adjusted revenue, net revenue and contribution margin. Execute effective management discipline to be on top of your business and running it month-by-month, week-to-week, and for some metrics, even on a daily basis.

Lead with the Future
Develop the subsidiary’s capacity needed to win new customers and market share within existing businesses, placing emphasis where subsidiary leadership teams need support or guidance in their efforts to capture the opportunity that new business models and channels bring.

CPE - Delighting Customers & Partners
Ensure strong customer/partner experience goals are met and continually improve the external perception of Microsoft at the area level; improve and build on relationships with government officials and their influencers; spur economic and social opportunity in under-developed markets (where applicable by geography) and influence and increase standards support for Microsoft technologies.

National Plans/Government Affairs
Create and implement the subsidiary national plan to drive perception changes and win vs Open Source and Piracy.

Control & Compliance
Ensure that 100 per cent of your people are 100 per cent compliant, 100 per cent of the time by setting the tone personally, creating a culture of compliance and ensuring systematic controls.

Job Requirements

  • An impressive track record of success gained across the disciplines of sales, marketing and services preferably within the software (or related technology) industry or from technology solutions driven environments and industries under strong digital transformation.
  • People and Business leadership with P&L management.
  • Transformation experience from large organizations. Scale and balance between strategic mindset and operational execution to drive growth.
  • Strong track record of results-oriented leadership success within a large, complex, fast-paced and highly matrixed environment without full ownership but end-to-end accountability.
  • Strong track record as a people leader managing a large, diverse and distributed team, including senior managers.
  • Customer centric, understanding of current trends of digital transformation. Ability to articulate a clear vision and mobilize teams.
