Job Description
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Develop a schedule for construction phase that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- Develop forms and records to document project activities
- Preparing and analyzing project’s cash flow
- Cost Controlling and monitoring changes in designs and assessing their effect on project budget
- Overseeing all project’s payments
- Time extension and cost claims analysis
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering ( Civil, Architecture, Project Management ).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent in Excel.
- Excellent in primavera.
