Job Description

  • The customer service Supervisor ensures that brand services and products satisfy customers' needs.
  • Handle inquiries from customers.
  • Understand and satisfy customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations if possible

Job Requirements

  • Education: B sc. of Business & Administration or related.
  • Certificates: Courses in sales & Marketing.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years with at least one year in a similar capacity.
  • Language Skills: Good written and spoken English.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
