Job Description
- Client Management in terms of post-sales activities including but not limited to training, setup management and support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers.
- Respond to requests and incidents by phone, email, help desk tickets, occasional on-site visits, or remote-control sessions.
- Ensure that customer needs are being met through timely follow-through and provide a high-quality of customer experience through a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with internal analysis, development and testing team regarding client issues and change requests.
- Develop in-depth understanding of product modules and domain knowledge.
- Supporting the team on new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic, and French is a plus).
- Proven ability to communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work under time constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Experience with Hotel Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt.
- Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic and codes.
