Job Description
- Planning & Monitoring Process.
- Direct organizational plans and methods of communication according to hospital policies and objectives.
- Follow technical nursing research for nursing care through the holding of rarities and lectures presenting clinical cases. Operational Excellence Process.
- Follow up the implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Leadership and evaluation of the work of nursing leaders and evaluation of health work in the district.
- Holding periodic meetings of nursing leaders, heads of nursing departments and experienced scientists.
- Review section needs assessment.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Nursing & with a master degree.
- Experience in a private Hospital.
- Must Have Experience in same unit at least 3 years as supervisor.
