Job Description
- Monitoring hardware systems performance and provide constant technical support to maintain smooth operations that match the corporate goals.
Role and Responsibility:
- Respond to open tickets over the ticketing system.
- Resolve software and hardware inquiries.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support hardware and software issues.
- Initiate and manage user accounts.
- Provide technical reports and communicate with other departments.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Engineering or Information systems bachelor or equivalent .
- Newly Grad
- Experience 1 to 2 years in IT field (maximum)
- Males only
- MCSE or MCSA is preferred.
- Experience in Domain Controller ,Network routing, routers ,switches.
- Experience in Operating systems Windows XP , 7 ,8 & MAC
