Job Description

  • Monitoring hardware systems performance and provide constant technical support to maintain smooth operations that match the corporate goals.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Respond to open tickets over the ticketing system.
  • Resolve software and hardware inquiries.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support hardware and software issues.
  • Initiate and manage user accounts.
  • Provide technical reports and communicate with other departments.

Job Requirements

  • Faculty of Engineering or Information systems bachelor or equivalent .
  • Newly Grad
  • Experience 1 to 2 years in IT field (maximum)
  • Males only
  • MCSE or MCSA is preferred.
  • Experience in Domain Controller ,Network routing, routers ,switches.
  • Experience in Operating systems Windows XP , 7 ,8 & MAC
