Job Description
- Plan ready made & tailored travel offers.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat or email.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
- Provide pricing information.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Job Requirements
Candidates Criteria:
- Experience in reservation preferred (Tourism Companies).
- Experience Preferred with GDS (Global Distribution System) wither:
- Galileo / Apollo / Amadeus / Sabre.
- Previous experience in organizing travel packages inside Egypt & abroad is a must.
- Experience in dealing with off line agents
- Call Center Experience is A Must
- Previous Exp in Sales Field
- Very Good English
- Max 30 Years Old
- Very good Target achieve
