- Hire buses individually or through suppliers.
- Negotiate with the suppliers to optimize costs.
- Deliver onboarding training for new captains.
- Ensure the newly hired buses comply with Buseet’s quality standards.
- Get a new supplier in every area or governorate monthly.
- Deliver Monthly reports with the captains KPI’s
Job Requirements
Academic Background & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor degree Holder
- 2-3 years of experience in transportation/trucking/dispatching field
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
- Negotiation skills
- Data-driven
- Teamwork
- Problem-solving
- Microsoft office is a must
