Plan & Development

• Develop the monthly interaction and engagement plan of FB CoP page
• Develop the monthly interaction and engagement plan of EM Hotline
• Develop the communication plan and mechanism to manage EM All online interventions (Whats App, online courses, etc)
• Develop a promotion plan to engage educators manage EM All online interventions (Whats App, online courses, etc)
• Develop the communication plan and mechanism to manage EM Hotline
• Develop the mechanism to manage FB CoP page
• Develop a promotion plan to engage educators online and through the hotline
• Develop mechanisms to increase CoP outreach online and offline
• Manage and Facilitate EM Online interventions

• Develop and execute plans to ensure that 10% of each of EM STJ schools are active of the Community of Practice FB page
• Oversee and ensure the execution of online learning interventions for targeted schools and teachers in collaboration with T&Ds, R&D and projects Managers
• Activate the FB CoP page to be a platform where teachers exchange public schools experiences
• Increase the number of followers of the page of EM Community of Practice (CoP) by min of 40% annually from the desired target audience
• Develop, execute and oversee the Hotline technical support services
• Follow up on all EM School Transformation Journey (STJ) schools posting, outputs and applications shared on their school pages and on the CoP page
• Report on the participation of targeted schools (STJ)
• Creating an effective mechanism for exchanging experiences among teachers of targeted schools through WhatsApp
• Follow up on T&Ds on their contributions and work to activate CoP, school pages and teachers interactions to reflect offline work to be online

Knowledge Transfer

• Understanding the logic of EM Programs Dep projects, modules, objectives and desired outcomes and add that in CoP plans
• Ensure a clear path of knowledge transfer of R&D content to be shared online to echo what’s being said offline
• Attends necessary TOT with R&D
• Report on educators development, feedback and comments through the agreed-on system

Internal Communication:

• Communicate with the data management specialist and provide him with the required information in his work
• Coordinate with trainers to activate their role with different communication paths for the community of practice
• Participate in focus groups or brain storming of design with R&D / PR
