Job Description
- Manage Supervisors teams within his assigned area to ensure to effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed
- Participate in events planning to support in increasing sales and product/category presence.
- Manage the delivery activities (offers, Designs and POP materials) to increase product presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction
- Follow up his/her teams activities and review merchandisers routes to ensure that it is based on the Marketing Plan.
- Provide daily reports and suggesting corrective actions to the sales team.
- Review Supervisor monthly reports (price & competitors analysis) to ensure effectiveness of work and ensure compliance of TM plan.
- Provide Training and orientation for the new Merchandiser, and proper directing for existing one to ensure that they are aligned with the TM plan and strategy
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing or equivalent certification
- 5-7 years of work experience – 3 years preferably in FMCG
- Good Command of English language.
- Good MS office usage.
