Job Description

  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Responsible for Organization chart creation, maintenance.
  • Defining job descriptions, responsibilities for each position and identifying KPIs and performance appraisal procedures.
  • Definition and monitoring of organization level KPIs.
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • All employee related legal aspects and insurance management.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conducting staff performance evaluations
  • Maintain company policies, vision, style and objectives on the micro level.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
  • Software company background is preferred and is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
