Job Description
We seek ambitious applicant to join our company for the vacancy of a Ticketing agent who has a good knowledge of Amadeus.
- Reports directly to the Operation manager
- Liaise with company operation team for flights booking and alternatives.
- Responsible for clients flights on his/her agenda
- Daily follow up with all flight booked and flight time changed on agenda to pass the new dates or departures to clients
- Handling customers requests via Internet , calls
Job Requirements
- With good Experience for more than 4 years.
- Motivational , dynamic & dedicated to work.
- Flexible & smart.
- Resident near Maadi area (Dar Elsalam , misr elkadima , Giza, Haram, etc ...)
