Job Description
- Evaluating, developing, and maintaining marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Evaluating market updates and identifying potential new customers.
- Lead a team of Designers to achieve company goals.
- Developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Overseeing and approving marketing material: website, banners, hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Supporting sales.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
- Building strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Building brand awareness.
- Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan.
- Evaluating competitors, and modify company plans and strategies accordingly.
- Handling social media, public relation, and content marketing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Master degree in marketing, or business administration is a plus.
- More than 8 year experience in the Advertising field is a must.
- Experienced in creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
- Experienced in working closely with design agencies and new product launches.
- Experienced in both marketing through banners and online marketing, including social media.
- Understanding public relations.
- High communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Very good at English language.
