Job Description
Staff & Store management:
- Store general guidelines & Manual ownership and follow-up
- Setting the required culture among store staff members ( colleagues relationship / Ownership / Passionate)
- Weekly store staff schedule
- Staff recruitment & training
- Branch presence such as store atmosphere, shelves stock level & cleanliness, equipment maintenance, etc
- Handling customers' complains
Purchasing:
- Process manual ownership and follow-up
- Listing new suppliers
Inventory:
- Keeping stock levels at the desired levels
- Stock physical count
- Budget control for Expired, Damaged and lost products
Reporting:
- Weekly, Monthly, quarterly reports shared on time with management and 3rd parties when needed
Expansion:
- Help the company to deliver its expansion plans such as implementing a new POS system, opening a new branch, etc
Job Requirements
- Not less than 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage or/and retail field.
- Good command of Arabic & English.
- Great communication skills.
- Committed, passionate for change & improvement.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to multi-task several projects/goals at a time.
