Job Description
- Communication with ocean lines, handling Booking, VGM & BL issuance.
- Coordination between customs clearance department, Trucking department & customers
- preparation & Revision of documents required by customers
- Handle customers shipments from A to Z
Job Requirements
- Previous experience is required
- Knowledge of export procedures
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure
