Job Description
- Work with architects to generate detailed and accurate drawings
- Work up schedules to reflect square footage amounts to help with estimating cost on materials
- Work with the architect to help with scheduling and permitting process
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and working off sketches
- Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team
- Complete DD and CD Set
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent experience in Revit, BIM 360, and BIM workflows
- Shop drawing experience in commercial projects
- Technical office experience in commercial projects
Optional skills:
- Knowledge in 3dsmax or SketchUp is a plus
- Knowledge in Unity or UE4 is a plus
- Familiar with light baking, Unwrapping, LOD, normal map is a plus
- Familiar with GIS tools is a plus
