Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Participate in setting annual Manpower plan and its implementation
  • Manage Selection & hiring process
  • Implement the onboarding & Induction Program in order to secure a smooth introduction for the company newcomers.
  • Responsible for the hiring of white collars in all our sites and ensure getting the right caliber in alignment with the job requirements, culture and company strategy in addition to the outsourcing hiring.
  • Responsible for tracking the headcount in order to address the company’s workforce needs in all sites.
  • Conduct Exit Interview for Resigning White & Blue Collars Employees.
  • Prepare the monthly / annually turnover rates through analyzing data extracted from the exit interviews and recommending methods in order to decrease its rate.
  • Responsible for an effective implementation of new programs and initiatives such as job rotation, succession planning, high potentials, summer internship and participate in job fairs and career events
  • Participate in developing and creating effective Recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures. Responsible for Employment Fairs selection, registration, organizing, giveaways supplier communication, invoicing PO +.

Training & Talent Development

  • Conduct TNA meetings.
  • Ensure Mandatory e-Learning Training is completed for Total Population
  • Monitor & update Training Plan and delivery + Cost versus Budget
  • Prepare and send quarterly & Monthly updated report to the Head of HR on Actual Training versus Budget
  • Review the RFP (Request for Proposal) from Training Providers.
  • Work closely with the concerned Department on the HR Deliverable such as performance management, benefits enrollment and facilitate the medical insurance task.
  • Work closely with Department Manager to tailor training needs based on the sector next step, team development, competency gaps, department objectives, and technical needs.

Corporate Communication & Employee Engagement

  • Prepare & send HR announcements of Organizational Changes.
  • Manage Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Manage Team Building Activities.
  • Participate in upgrading the Working Environment to increase engagement.

Employees Relations

  • Provide Daily HR guidance and direction to hiring managers and also train/inform managers about new policies, procedures, processes, and programs.
  • Work closely with Head of HR in setting & Implementing HR KPI’s and follow up in all sites.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a big organization. At least 3 years in the same scope.
  • HR Generalist Experience.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language skills.
  • Manufacturing Experience is a MUST.
  • Excellent Business Writing Skills.
  • Excellent in Business Communications Skills.
  • Result Oriented.
  • Accept working environment: 15% outdoor and 85% standard office work.
