Job Description

Job Role:

  • Manage utilities & Infrastructure maintenance and operations to ensure the highest productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance plans and schedules (preventive & Corrective) for utilities (HVAC, Boilers,AHU, Compressors, Pumps, tanks, firefighting) and infrastructure to ensure the best utilization in the factory.
  • Setting departmental objectives, manage KPIs dashboards and analyze periodically reports.
  • Hire, coach, develop, empower & evaluate performance utilities engineers and technicians.
  • Manage and coordinate installation maintenance and work instructions and schedules among utilities staff.
  • Monitor factory’s consumption of gas, water, electricity and report required periodically reports and analysis.
  • Participating in the preparation of maintenance programmers, directing the implementation of such programmers, investigating modification and new projects proposals, examining equipment performance and providing recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost.
  • Prepare & manage annual departmental budget.
  • Develop & continuously improve departmental SOPs for all processes.
  • Manage departmental projects.
  • Implement, archive and update all factory’s engineering geometric drawings as built.
  • Manage and monitor inventory and purchasing cycle for Spare Parts, tools & equipment.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures, and activity reporting systems to ensure efficient and effective service levels as well as compliance with all Company rules &Regulation.
  • Manage and follow sub-contractors, consultants and vendor’s contracts and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
  • Experience: 9-12 Years relative experience preferred in FMCG, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics industries.
  • Languages: Very Good command in English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
