Job Description

  • Responsible for implementation and support of Avaya contact center & UC products including infrastructure, H/W installation, system configuration, IVR, call routing, LAN, Wireless LAN, Data Center Networking, Wide Area Network (WAN) and Security Firewalls.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience & hands-on in IP telephony, UC and contact center, preferably with Avaya or Cisco products.
  • Good knowledge of operation and support of routers, switches & wireless including troubleshooting Skills.
  • Preferably, good knowledge and hands on experience on Fortigate Firewall.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong skills to prepare the High level documents and Low Level documents.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or telecommunications engineering.
