Job Description
- Master the company's targets, as well as the products and services it offers.
- Follow up on team daily tasks and assignments ensuring high levels of performance standards are met.
- Motivate and work together with the sales team as a unit to get the best target results and achieve the company’s goals.
- Delegate tasks monitor the team's performance, and help train and develop them.
- Handle customers’ complaints professionally and escalate to Sales Manager when necessary.
- Lead special customer promotions and/or events.
- Send daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested.
- Follow up on financial collections with customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant experience in a similar field.
