Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Run all required weekly/monthly reports (including, but not limited to; Catering Forecast, Catering Sales Report, function room occupancy and availability reports, Accounts lists, etc.
- Reconcile Banquet Check, Daily Audit.
- Prepare all Internal Meeting Requests, BEOs, etc.
- Maintain Delphi System, which includes menu input, average check update, BEO training/maintenance.
- Run all month-end reports associated with Corporate Month End Packet and complete the month-end spreadsheet. Review with DOC and send to the home office.
- Write/run Delphi/Market Vision reports associated with Catering needs and/or mailings.
- Compile Crystal reports so that assistants can independently run the Daily Function Sheet, Weekly Function Sheet, Guaranteed Sheet, Missing Menu Report.
- Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.
- Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.
- Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in impact.
