Sales Coordinator / Delphi

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Run all required weekly/monthly reports (including, but not limited to; Catering Forecast, Catering Sales Report, function room occupancy and availability reports, Accounts lists, etc.
• Reconcile Banquet Check, Daily Audit.
• Prepare all Internal Meeting Requests, BEOs, etc.
• Maintain Delphi System, which includes menu input, average check update, BEO training/maintenance.
• Run all month-end reports associated with Corporate Month End Packet and complete the month-end spreadsheet. Review with DOC and send to the home office.
• Write/run Delphi/Market Vision reports associated with Catering needs and/or mailings.
• Compile Crystal reports so that assistants can independently run the Daily Function Sheet, Weekly Function Sheet, Guaranteed Sheet, Missing Menu Report.
• Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.
• Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in impact.
