Job Description
Support :
- Handling customer’s inquiries and tickets in number portability business.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation (when required) of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Network administrator:
- Network setup, maintenance and development.
- Install and configure wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network devices routers, switches, access points.
- Resolving all network support tickets received from the staff.
- Investigating, diagnosing computer software and hardware faults.
Job Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Experience in Pf-sense firewall
- Experience in creating wireguard VPN
- Very Good Knowledge with VPN ( IPsec ) and remote access solutions
- Linux Server’s administration and development.
- Very Good knowledge of Virtualization (EX. KVM , VMware, Ovirt).
