Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that general accounting processes
- Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to bookkeeping, reconcile and report key Balance Sheet position; e.g. AR/AP, GR/IR, GIT, Advances to Suppliers, Suppliers’ Retention, Advances from Customer and Customers’ Retention.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures
- Participation in controlling over customers financial records
- Overseeing Insurance transactions of the company and following up with PICs(Primary Insurance Company) on submitted claims.
Job Requirements
- BA degree of commerce or equivalent from reputable university
- Ideal candidate will have min. 3-4 yrs of Accounting Experience
- Prior experience working Audit Company would be desirable
- Must have expertise in A/R and bank reconciliation
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills as well proficiency in English
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must able to effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment independently and within the team.
